DISTANCE REWARD PROGRAMStarting 2019 all riders are enrolled in Distance Rewards as part of their membership fee. Past distance will be grandfathered in. Competing horses not previously enrolled in Distance Rewards must pay a $30 enrollment fee in 2019. Past distance will be grandfathered in. New horses competing in 2019 must pay the $30 enrollment fee. Distance will be tracked from the date of enrollment. OCTRA Horse Enrollment Fee $30Beginning 2019 all horses must have an OCTRA Horse ID to be eligible for any year end awards. There is a one time only $30 fee. If your horse is already enrolled in Distance Rewards you do not need to re-apply. If you are starting a new horse in competition, then you need to send in the application and the fee “one time only” for that horse. Payment Methods

OCTRA Horse Past Mileage Claim Fee $40In order to claim mileage for years prior to enrolling in the program, there is a $40.00 surcharge on top of the $30.00 enrolment fee. Proof of completions must be sent to the Distance Reward Program Coordinator. In order to use mileage incurred when the owner/rider was not an OCTRA member, OCTRA membership fees must also be paid for those years. Payment Methods

OCTRA Horse Transfer of Ownership Fee $10A fee of $10.00 applies for transfer of ownership between OCTRA members of a horse already enrolled in the program. Payment Methods

OCTRA Horse Transfer New Plaque Fee $30A plaque with the new owner’s name may be purchased if desired for $30.00 and will be provided at the next Annual General Meeting. Payment Methods
