Please plan now to attend the important Ride Managers’ Meeting on Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, Coburg, Ontario at our AGM. Please invite members of your ride management team as well (secretary, timer, trail master). Agenda:
- Sharing of best practices,
- Mentoring opportunities,
- Response to members, concerns/complaints,
- Rule application, review of any new rules & their affect for management
- Year end points, data format for ease of collections – all the interconnections of data, importance of ride flyer format,
- Emergency situations,
- Consistent, equal opportunities for competition.
If you are unable to attend send a management team member as a representative of your event, to share info with manager.
Reminder: Complete sanctioning forms and event payment must be received by the Sanctioning Chair, Judy Durst, the first week of January 2018. Your notice of intent to host an event, with specific dates, should already have been submitted to the Sanctioning Chair. Judy Durst.
