The OCTRA 2020 Annual General Meeting will be a Virtual
Event taking place on the Zoom Meeting Platform
2020 Awards Ceremony will take place at the end of the
AGM via Zoom
Zoom Meeting Invitation will be sent to all current
members and posted on the OCTRA Members Only page.
As with our usual practice, non-members are also welcome to attend, but have no voting privileges. An announcement will be posted on the OCTRA Website and Public Facebook page inviting non-members to contact the OCTRA Secretary to request an invitation to the Zoom meeting.
AGM Meeting Agenda and other meeting information will be posted on the OCTRA Website and emailed to the Membership in the near future, in
accordance with the standard timelines.
